We recommend that you leave your phone plugged in for an additional half an hour after it displays as “fully charged”. Many phones display 100% charge when they are actually only at 90%. The extra half an hour of charge time helps alleviate this issue, and ensures your battery is at full capacity.

Dont’ stop charging even it shows 100% charged. Fully charge performed when it only shows words like “Fully Charged”.
This battery case passthroughs quickcharge. We suggest to use original microusb cables and chargers for optimal quick charge compatibility. Other chargers and Cables may not be compatible. The ‘Fast Charging: XX%’ message will turn up on your screen when the phone is plugged in with the battery case. Please see the demonstration video below.
Charge time:
- 1.5-2 hours: Charge the Note 5 by ZeroLemon Battery Case
- 3-4 hours: Charge ZeroLemon Battery Case
- 6 hours: Charge the Note 5 and battery case
We suggest to take the upper rim off firstly, then pull the phone by the strength of palm. Or you can take advantage of something sharp like a pencil to poke it up through the headphone jack.
